My experience at this dealership was by far the best I have ever received at any Nissan dealership. I believe that this was primarily due to "Rolls Royce" treatment I recieved from the salesman when I fir have ever received at any Nissan dealership. My interest was in the GT-R in a particular color red which was not available on the floor at the time. However your salesman Ken Yates(Doc) was willing to locate one for me and contact me on it. Something he kept his word on several weeks later. However, despite my needs changing because of other priorities that developed in life Ken always stayed in contact to check on my needs roughly every quarter or so. In conclusion,my next Nissan purchase will be with Ken "the doc" when I am prepared to buy any Nissan! Dean More

We called about a car we saw online, Sean was very helpful and informative. He told us of a great car they just received and asked if we wanted to come take a look. We were in no hurry at all to purchase but the deal sounded like exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to upgrade from our Titan with a few added perks but not much change in our current payment. My husband negotiated some initial terms including the trade-in of our Titan with Sean on the phone. He called us back within a half hour and said " we can totally do that", so we went in shortly after, family in tow. I test drove the vehicle and fell in love, it was exactly as he described it, no BS. We took our kids into the lounge while they finished up some paperwork. We had some popcorn while my husband watched sports on their flatscreen and my son colored at the kids table. I signed some final papers and we were finished, that simple! We got there at about 6pm and we were switching our carseats by 7:30. They were so nice and straight forward. We told them what we wanted and they completely delivered. From the manager Sam, to the sales representative Domingo, all were as professional, courteous and helpful as can be. I had a trade in I had originally taken to CarMax to appraise, and had also done some homework online prior to going anywhere to see what a fair value should have been. OC Nissan gave me $2,000 more then what CarMax offered me, and gave me a better price then the cars I compared online & at CM. Needless to say, my deal was unbeatable and I was a very happy customer. Not only did I have an amazing experience during the purchase process, but a couple of days later, the finance representative Nathan called me to let me know he had lowered my interest rate over 1.5% and had saved me about $1600. I was astonished to the service provided by the dealership. The genuine care the staff provided is a rarity these days and I would definitely recommend OC Nissan in Irvine to all of my friends and family. More

This is only concerning the service dept. They create problems when while trying to fix a minor problem. They grossly over charge as in 2x the estimate for an oil change and routine service. It appears to me the entire department has been trained in confrontational negotiation techniques for when the customer gets upset after they pull their over charge or the vehicle sabotage techniques. They lied to us when we bought the car which they had customized themselves. Then a year later we took it back because we got pulled over and ticketed for illegal parts.
