Acceleration problem or transmission? Symptoms were a poor acceleration and a Ittransmission code appeared, which initially we thought was the problem. Nissan customer care got involved, Jefferson City service personnel ran numerous tests and paid for a .car rental for two weeks. No new codes on transmission of my 2013 Pathfinder. They asked me to drive it. It started the slow acceleration again and this.time cruise control would not engage. They found and replaced faulty brake switch ang brake relay. No charge for the two weeks elusive problem that came and went. All personnel in service area including manager were very helpful. More
Always Good Service I’ve never had a problem with Nissan of Jefferson City’s service department. They are very upfront with anything that needs to be done, can be done bu I’ve never had a problem with Nissan of Jefferson City’s service department. They are very upfront with anything that needs to be done, can be done but isn’t an emergency, or something they wouldn’t do themselves if it were their vehicle. The service managers are great and knowledgeable of vehicles and what things could be wrong. I’ve always had positive experiences with Lucas and Brian. If it’s something that must be done at a dealer, I’m glad it’s here. More
Brake switch went bad Took the truck in as it was having an issue starting, at 20,000!! Lucas and crew diagnosed it with a bad brake switch. Lucas ordered it is, said it would be in the day that it was. Fixed it in 30 minutes and away I went. Can not be more impressed with the service deoartment!! Taking it in next week for an oil change.
