We have had our truck in numerous times to get new mirrors installed and each time the new mirrors have been faulty. There have been 10 mirrors ordered and each replacement have been horrible. You would think they could get there ...... together. The same answer each time. “Well we will order another.” Really!!! Go fly a kite. You all could do better at that. Not to mention the numerous times having to bring the truck in. Convenient!!!!!! Absolutely not. I like the Nissan truck. But as for service and customer service. They really don’t care. More

Will be seeking service elsewhere I was charged an additional $19.99 for a service I did not request.. when I asked them about it, their response was “We assumed you’d want this done s I was charged an additional $19.99 for a service I did not request.. when I asked them about it, their response was “We assumed you’d want this done since you had opted for it in the past.” But that was not what my appointment was for. The service I was charged for (and eventually refunded) was a tire pressure check. Driving down the road 20 minutes after I finally leave, I check my pressure and they were scattered from 39psi all the way to 52psi when my tires require 32psi. Good thing I got the refund since they clearly didn’t actually preform this service anyway! More
