“New” transmission I was told only thing used from my old transmission was the casing but it clearly states on paperwork it was a rebuilt cvt. HQ was to pay 60 percent o I was told only thing used from my old transmission was the casing but it clearly states on paperwork it was a rebuilt cvt. HQ was to pay 60 percent of the “new” transmission, received no paperwork indicating this. I was also told warranty was 12 months/12000 miles, no paperwork on this. I know powertrain held this process up and is why it took so long, 3 weeks. Just not comfortable that I paid $1100+ for rebuilt transmission and that’s not what I requested or approved. I also don’t believe that was 40 percent of the cost when a new one was going to cost me a little over $300 more. More

Amazing Customer Service! I drive over 120 miles each day to work and back and trust the Nissan staff completely, especially Brian in service. Oil change etc I brought in my Nissan and Toyota for oil change, tire rotation. I decided to bring my Toyota in for convenience and not have to go to 2 different pla I brought in my Nissan and Toyota for oil change, tire rotation. I decided to bring my Toyota in for convenience and not have to go to 2 different places. That was a mistake. The person who changed the oil did a sloppy job. Quarts of oil were spilled all over under the motor dripping out on to the ground. I hope there isn’t more to it. Like a loose oil filter or the plug not put back on. And hope they filled the truck up with oil and it’s not leaking. I will never again bring my Toyota in there. I am very disappointed in the quality of my Nissan Rogue. It’s just over 2 years old less than 40,000 miles and already needs a new transmission and has parts corroding. I will never get another Nissan. I have friends who are currently shopping for new vehicles. I told them I do not recommend Nissan. Also my employer advertises for Nissan all over the nation and gives us generous Nissan discounts. I will be shopping for a different brand ASAP. More
