I wish all of the customer service people I come in contact with were as nice as Lucas is. I'm not too sure why his name isn't on the door as employee of the month every month! More

We received a recall notice and the service team scheduled an appo I have been very pleased with the service experience that Nissan of Jefferson City. We received a recall notice and the service team scheduled an appointment for us. While we had the car in we had the oil changed and tires rotated. We were away from the dealership while the service was being completed... I received a call letting me know the air filter needed replaced and the part of this portion of the service was that they sent me a photo of how dirty the air filter was. Great job! More

NissanConnect Challenges I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Muranow platinum. NissanConnect never worked. (The sales department sold me a very expensive vehicle without checking I purchased a new 2019 Nissan Muranow platinum. NissanConnect never worked. (The sales department sold me a very expensive vehicle without checking it out and did not showi me how NissanConnect worked). However Brian in the service department worked his tail off to be sure things were working correctly and that I was happy with my purchase. Wonderful Customer Service! I called ahead because I had found a coupon in the Ad Sheet and I wanted to make sure I could use it. Brian was very informative and answered all of m I called ahead because I had found a coupon in the Ad Sheet and I wanted to make sure I could use it. Brian was very informative and answered all of my questions thoroughly! He was even able to get me an appointment for the very next day! When I arrived, Brian greeted me with a smile and welcomed me to Nissan because he knew I had never been there before. The process was such a breeze and I was in and out in only an hour!! I will definitely continue to use Nissan Service Center for all of my oil changes and service needs. Brian was amazing to work with and is so friendly! More

Great Service at Nissan Of Jefferson City I wanted to get my oil changed... went to Honda of Jefferson City and sat in front of the service door for about 7 minutes and no one opened the door I wanted to get my oil changed... went to Honda of Jefferson City and sat in front of the service door for about 7 minutes and no one opened the door to begin the service process. I backed up and drove to Nissan of Jefferson City. What a difference. My car had not even stopped and the door began to roll up. The service advisors were quick and professional. I would/will recommend Nissan of Jefferson City. Thanks for the friendly/quick service. It is appreciated. More
