Not so great this time The people are always nice and normally the service is great. This time I went for a oil change and tire rotation. I had a low tire pressure light on The people are always nice and normally the service is great. This time I went for a oil change and tire rotation. I had a low tire pressure light on the car they didn’t care to check or put air in the tire. When I checked it myself it was 15lbs low. So much for adjusting the tire pressures when doing a rotation.... asked about a paint bubble on the car and was told it looked like tree sap and was nothing to worry about..?? More

The experience from start to finish was nothing short of fabulous! They provide friendly, fair, and fast service, which is incredibly rare these days. I think they're so special that I will continue to drive 45+ miles from Hallsville to Jefferson City to have my vehicle serviced there. More

Great place I had a great first experience here. Machens Nissan in Columbia, where I bought my car, told me I would get a free first oil change in Jeff City. Once I had a great first experience here. Machens Nissan in Columbia, where I bought my car, told me I would get a free first oil change in Jeff City. Once I got to Jeff City, they me that wasn't true--I'd have to go to Columbia to get it. I said I'd just pay for it because I didn't want to drive to Columbia, but after it was done, Lucas said that he took care of it and to not worry about paying. Very good service. Had I had to pay for it after being told it would be free, I probably would've never come back, but I'll definitely be going back every time now since they took care of me. More
