Hoping to be able to write a better review in the future! First of all, the guys in the service dept are very friendly and helpful! Especially Brian, he has gone above and beyond to help me at times. But sadly the actual work I’ve had done on my vehicle has been patchy. I drive a GMC, but purchased it from Nissan. They encouraged me to buy their VIP service package when I purchased the vehicle and convenienced me that the technicians would be able to work on the GMC just as well as any other vehicle. But each time I take my vehicle there for standard services (oil change, tire rotation) they have forgotten to reset sensors. The oil change indicator, which literally takes 3 seconds to reset, and I have had to figure out how to do it myself. And the sensors that detect the PSI in my tires. This actually caused a scary situation!! My vehicle was telling me that my left rear tire was low. So I went to air it up and the indicator was showing that the PSI was still low, so I aired it up a couple more times...but it was still showing it was low. So I double checked it with my tire pressure gage and it showed that the PSI in the left rear tire was WAY above the recommended limit! Thankfuly it didnt explode! But come to find out it was my right rear tire that was low. But since they didn’t reset the sensors appropriately my vehicle was confused as to which tire was actually low. All of this being said, it now makes me a little concerned that other things could be done inappropriately that I just cant see on the surface. So once my VIP package is up, I feel forced to go elsewhere for service unless this improves. More

Bad experience with oil change I took my car here for an oil change and a wash. The windshield wiper fluid was not topped off and they did not put a next service due sticker in the I took my car here for an oil change and a wash. When I first arrived, they couldn’t find my appointment. After driving an hour I was afraid I would have to come back another day or wait a very long time. They got me in and I only had to wait about 45 minutes and was out of there within 1 and 1/2. They were kind! They were efficient. Their customer service was focused on the people. More
Pitiful However, the service department has been open and honest about this factory flaw in this vehicle. They have tried to fix the issue without success. We were lied to by sales staff about this known problem. Our beef is not with the service department. It is with the sales team and GM and most of all Nissan who now says the issue is within normal limits and will have no further action. We want a refund and have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and am obtaining an attorney. This is about to get real!! More
