Amazing I bought a nissan from a different dealership and was having some problems with it. The dealership had their mechanics look at my car and they told me I bought a nissan from a different dealership and was having some problems with it. The dealership had their mechanics look at my car and they told me what I had to get fixed. I took my car to Nissan in Jefferson City and their mechanics determined it was something else entirely. I had the pleasure of working with Dave. He was awesome. He was completely honest with me and made sure I got the correct things fixed on my car. Great experience! More

Good but slow I took my car to the Nissan Autoplex this week for an oil change appointment. Service Purchased vehicle here and purchased extra package for oil changes so go here for service. Always find other things that need to be done. They told me that they vacuumed out my car on the last visit. Clearly was not completed, so not sure why they even bothered to tell me that they did. Was also told that they would email me the "report" that is now on the iPad. Still have not received. More

Fantastic customer service Wonderful service! I had a part go bad in my steering column that evidently has been a known faulty part by Nissan. They extended the warranty on tha Wonderful service! It expired in December. $800 repair! Brian from the service department gave me the number for corporate Nissan and suggested I ask for assistance. It worked they covered it! I never would have even thought of calling. Brian continued to show me respect and a willingness to go above and beyond a professional and friendly attitude. Thank you Brian!!! More
