Above & Beyond I've worked in retail management for 10 years so I know what great service is. Going into a crazy busy work week the last thing I needed was to be wi I've worked in retail management for 10 years so I know what great service is. Going into a crazy busy work week the last thing I needed was to be without a car, and Tyler in the service department went above and beyond!!!! He got my car in the day after we called, great attitude, fast and efficient, wonderful follow up calls to me, and car returned to me at work saving me precious time. Oh, and washed and vacuumed!!
