It took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The technicians supposedly didnt know that I was waiting for my car in the lobby so it was just sitting there after they were done. It is very frustrating that every time I come here there is some excuse why it took so long. I have to take 3 hours off from work just to get an oil change done. Meanwhile, Prompto can do it in 20 minutes. I think you schedule more than you can handle. And every time they apologize, you would think a discount or something would be offered but no. I have been a customer for 8 years and honestly, I dont know why. You would think being a customer for 8 years would matter, but it doesnt. I am just another number. I really should stop leasing cars here. I have never had a good experience here in 8 years. More
