On Friday 11/21, I arrived at 1:00 PM for an appointment to change the oil and swap my all season radials for my snow tires. The guy who checked me in told me it would take around 3 hours, so I waited in yo to change the oil and swap my all season radials for my snow tires. The guy who checked me in told me it would take around 3 hours, so I waited in your waiting area. Around an hour later the same guy came in and told me my front brakes needed replacing. And then he told me my rear brakes needed "cleaning out," and my emergency brake needed replacing too. And he told me some sort of oil additive would be a good idea. Finally he told me the entire job would cost me a little over $1500.00. Brakes are expensive I know, but most of that bill was labor, $1100.70. I got home around 4:45 PM, and it takes me right around 45 minutes to drive from my place to Nissan of Lebanon, so I was there right around 3 hours, or at most 3 and a half hours. According to my handy computer calculator, that's $367.00 (or $314.00 an hour adding the extra half hour). If I had been there 5 hours the hourly bill would have been $220.00 an hour. 6 hours would have made it $183.00 an hour. You know, I purchased my car from you folks 2 and a half years ago, and right now I'm feeling like you guys ripped me off. I hope I'm wrong. As I mentioned to the guy who checked me in, I'm retired and living on a fixed income. I don't need an extra gigantic car repair bill. So how much do your mechanics charge for their work? More

We came to Nissan of Lebanon after a long term relationship with St j ford (Lebanon) That ended in a disgustingly rude, unprofessional. Encounter with Nate Loschiavo that left us with a 2020 esca relationship with St j ford (Lebanon) That ended in a disgustingly rude, unprofessional. Encounter with Nate Loschiavo that left us with a 2020 escape having a manufacturers defect. Of course they sold the dealership because of the constantly unprofessional antics. Our choice for Lebanon Nissan was based on the long term presence in Lebanon Our 2023 Rouge is awesome and while being happy with the car means nothing if having it serviced is easy. Had a great experience doing business with Nissan of Lebanon. I am really enjoying my new ride. I feel I was treated very fairly.. I was a little disappointed it cost over 200 dollars to get button fixe Lebanon. I am really enjoying my new ride. I feel I was treated very fairly.. It was better with the other chairs in the waiting area. Now they have crappy chairs. I ended up just walking around the building in the rain about 50 times instead of sitting on those awful chairs. I tried to find an open car to wait in a car, but they were locked. People aren't waiting in the waiting area as a luxury, we are held hostage. My vehicle has been there several times! Took 4 times to get the window fixed so water wouldn't leak into it! First time it went for water in the door, was told it couldn't be replicated! The 2nd or 3rd time, they sprayed the car with a hose and they were able to replicate it! Not sure what changed. The first time the window molding was replaced, the trim was not put on the way it should have been and was crooked and stuck out from the door. It did not line up properly! Left my paperwork in someone else's vehicle. Just glad the person worked with me as my personal phone numbers and address were on the paperwork! More
