His ability to provide direct and timely responses was as much to do with our purchase as was having the right vehicle. At the end William stated in a joking manner, 'where there is a "Will' there is a way' - I would have to agree - Will made the difference in the process. We had called him from the dealership in our state and the contrast in how we were treated on that phone call vs. how we were received while physically at the local dealership was stunning.
