Recently went to Team Nissan and had what is quite possibly the best shopping experience I have ever been through. I called her local dealership and was connected with Sean who from the very moment we spoke to the time we pulled off the lot in her new car made us feel at ease. He explained all the financial paperwork thoroughly to us and I can positively say we left happy buyers. We're were tempted to look at a few other vehicles but Sean earned our business.. No need to look any further. I had just purchased a new car for myself recently which I thought was a great experience. This one trumped it by far. Thank you Sean for the great experience. More

They offered to take back the vehicle, and placed me into a nice, newer used Nissan versa and I could not be happier! The experience was absolutely excellent! I was looking for another car because the car I was driving was a "95" and I wanted a newer car with less miles. I had been actually looking for Toyota's and Honda's but decided to broaden my search fo driving was a "95" and I wanted a newer car with less miles. I had been actually looking for Toyota's and Honda's but decided to broaden my search for other make of cars. I had gone into many car dealerships from N.H to V.T looking for the righr car. After a few months of searching and dealing with salesmen that had the audacity to lie to me over the phone and straight to my face, were extremely pushy because they just wanted to make a quick sale and had no integrity what so ever. I decided to give it one more try before giving up for a while, when I stop into this Nissan dealership in Lebanon, N.H. hesitant and weary of having my time waisted again. There were already two sales people outside that said hello to me and instead of jumping down my throat about buying a car, instead asked me about my day and offered me to come out of the cold and immediately asked if I wanted any coffee or hot chocolate. One of the women in sales was Danielle. (Her desk is the closes to the door) She already was so warm and friendly towards me, she was family oriented, which was a nice bonus because she was personable and knew where I was coming from. She was very calm and not pushy what so ever. (my dad being a retired car salesman, I was raised around them most of my life) Danielle is one of a kind, and I personally thank her for being the kind of person she is because it made my experience an unforgetable one. I immediately formed a bond /connection with Danielle because she genuninely cared about me as an indivitual and it showed through her actions. She was able to answer all my questions about Nissans. (which I knew nothing about) She then let me look at all the cars. I had no clue what I was looking for but came upon this strange looking car that at first glance looked like a brown toaster on wheels. Danielle told me it was a "Cube," told me all these great things about it from the design to the inside. I decided to test drive it and loved the way it drove and all the amazing features it had that no other car I had driven had before. Danielle told me it was in the price range I was looking to spend. Don't forget if you stop in Team Nissan (North) ask for Danielle (who sits next to Mike at the high up/huge desk at the oppisett side of the room from Danielle, I feel is a truly fair, considerate and courteous person who will truly try to work with you so you can purchase a car with the monthly payments you can afford. If that means dropping doc fees or giving you a great trade in value. He even keeps his word. (He bought an excessory part for my car that has 20 different lights I can choose from the inside of the car) I was so excited, impressed and thankful to Eric for doing that for me when it wasn't something that was installed in the car but I wanted. It only toke a few days to arrive and Eric immediately had it installed, hassle free. Eric is definitely a person you can trust and is professionally dependable 100%. Mike, is a super guy, so intelligent when it comes to cars you would think he memorizes those car brochures. He is down to earth, funny, easy going which gives him the patience people need when making such a big purchase. The whole group at Team Nissan, (North) located in Lebanon N.H is a new enterprise that sells Nissans. You definitly need to check them out if you are looking to trade in your car or purchase a new or used car. (they have both) Don't foget to ask for Danielle specifically, you will not regret it. I have only purchased Toyoya's and Honda's and would have never gone out of my comfort zone if it wasn't for Danielle, Eric and Mike, and the wonderful service they gave me. I am now driving a 2009 "Cube," which at the time I walked right by. (never judge a car by its color) I love my "Cube" and all of the compliments on it's unique style since I brought it home. More

Last Thursday ( 1-24-13 )in 16 below zero temps., my heater blower failed. A quick call to "Team Nissan North" got the ball in motion for repairs. I dropped the car off that afternoon as they had the pa heater blower failed. A quick call to "Team Nissan North" got the ball in motion for repairs. I dropped the car off that afternoon as they had the parts in stock. I expected the car back late Friday. Much to my happiness I received a call Friday morning around 9:00 from Eric to inform me my car was ready to go. When I got there, I was once again greeted by friendly personnel and the car was washed and ready to go. This is a work vehicle for me; so prompt repair was of utmost importance. Once again "Team Nissan North" came through with flying colors. Thanks again guys. More
