The way they conduct business is mind blowing. Not how one would expect to be treated or have their business earned. I have called multiple time so they can rectify the situation but get no where. I have asked to speak to someone above kendrick hollie the GENERAL MANAGER and his response was "I am the boss". I was told one thing for my apr and it was doubled without my knowledge or consent. NEVER once was it discussed. They also told me they were taking 1000 dollars off my trade in value becuase I was responsible for reconditioning the vehicle that they had ready stated it was in very good condition. Mind you a vehicle that would be going to auction. More
