I needed a jack and tool kit, it took two weeks and several phone calls, However,I finally got the jack! I tried to order running boards at the purchase, and I was told several times, do not worry about upfront money we'll take care of it, it's No Problem! Then, after multiple phone calls, with very little response I was called not by the salesman, but the parts manager to hear I had to pay up front and in full before any order would be placed. Well after I loudly complained about it, the dealership went above and beyond my expectations and ordered the running boards at no charge and when they get here in a few days they will install them at no charge...as well they will fix All the little problems I have! I am much happier with them and will now recommend this Dealership! More

She went over all the features, we went for a test drive. I said I want the red one, and we ran the numbers right there, I went late in the evening and they were running over closing time but they all stayed to make sure I was well taken care of. The temporary plates were locked in the bosses office, so they gave me dealer plates to drive home with that night and they came all the way to my work place(45 min away from the dealership, in the pouring rain) to put on my temp plates the next day. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend stopping by. They have been under new management for a couple years and everyone is professional, nice, knowledgable, and there to serve you. More

From the first moment I walked into the Nissan Dealership I knew it was a first class place. Everyone I talked with was helpful, polite and engaged. I saw several vehicles; finally settling on a 4 year old Nissan Exterra. We negotiated and at no time did I feel that I was being pushed or shoved into a deal. I was on a trip north and had severe transmission issues that were too expensive to be warranted so had to purchase another truck in order to get back home. There was no high pressure sales, they dealt with me in an honest and respectful way, which as a woman buying a vehicle is not the norm, unfortunately. Danielle was friendly and more than competent. Mel was also very good when it came to signing all the paperwork, and explained everything as we went. I would even consider making the 2 hour trip to purchase another vehicle in the near future.
