The service department was very friendly. They greeted me with smile a and when it was time for me to leave they went over everything and asked if i had any questions. Great service!!! Nissan had my car from November 23, 2021 until February 25, 2022 and still did not fix the original issue. After an accident my car’s buttons did not work (ie. push to start, lock button, trunk etc). Whenever I called I experienced extensive wait times, never received call backs and the only person who ever gave a direct answer over the phone was the receptionist. When I came in (40 min drive) I had to deal with Nissan not returning emails/ phone calls from me or my insurance company. If I could do it all over I would not have worked with this Nissan. More
