I first gave this dealership four stars because I had not received any of the upgrades I purchased while buying a brand new nissan. After many unanswered calls made, I finally spoke with a manager about inst received any of the upgrades I purchased while buying a brand new nissan. After many unanswered calls made, I finally spoke with a manager about installation of my upgrades. It took them almost a month to install upgraded seats I paid for on January 5th. I am still waiting tinted windows, two months later. Adrian (sales manager) stated he would send a check (I have paid for tint to be installed) to my address to cover the tint so I could go to another Nissan dealership closer to me. Two weeks later, no check. I have had to hound Adrain down in an attempt to get a C/O for the Nissan dealership who will install my windows or his email address with no luck. My parents stated they have never experienced anything like this. Buying a new car should have been a happy time in my life, a big accomplishment but this Nissan dealership is taking a way my joy. :( More
We had issues from the time we started dealing with this dealership. Service dept was the worst!!!! The manager dropped the ball several times had no concerns and or care about what issues we had and would dealership. Service dept was the worst!!!! The manager dropped the ball several times had no concerns and or care about what issues we had and would not return calls and or emails. I reached out to the GM several times and got the same response NOTHING. Finally we had to get infinity corporate involved who also stated they never seen a dealership ran like this one. Everyone walks around/sit like they have no concerns for the customer. I wouldn’t recommend ANYONE to visit this dealership….. More
