First it took longer then I was told. Parts where missing on the car, told them. Was told would call me when they have them. Yet to be called. Car was there 30 Dec, picked up car on Jan 14.... Parts replaced all brakes rotors, and battery cables. This took two weeks ? Still have not been called for missing parts. More

The customer care line for the service summary seems to be understaffed. Most of my frustrations came when I could not contact to get an update on the car. The car will go to the overflow call center who c be understaffed. Most of my frustrations came when I could not contact to get an update on the car. The car will go to the overflow call center who could not help me and would say someone will return my call but that never occurred. The technicians and the service that was provided was good. Just failure to get updates was frustrating. My can went in at 8 am on a Wednesday and It was ready Friday morning. It was frustrating not knowing what was going on! More

I was in the process of moving, so having everything timed efficiently was really important. My appointment was on Friday, January 21st at 7am. I received a call later that day from a technician letting me know that my car was ready. My move in day was Saturday the 22nd, and I needed to get to the dealership early so that I would have enough time to move. When I showed up, I was told that my car had not even been serviced yet, despite a Nissan technician calling me Friday evening to let me know it was ready. I am never coming back to this location... This is the second time that they have messed up. The first being trying to charge me over $300 for an oil change and tire rotation on a 2019 Altima, which at the time had less than 25K miles. More
