I was met at the car as soon as I pulled in. I was offered something to drink (which they brought to me) and a snack (I declined). Shaq was my service advisor. She checked me in and escorted me to the waiting area. When my vehicle was ready, she came and got me. She explained the paperwork to me. I use a cane to walk so she had my car brought closer to the building and then walked me to my car. I wish ALL the service advisors were like Shaq. More
