My past two visits the communications regarding when my vehicle was completed was poor. I understand Saturdays are busy however there is a room with your employees sitting at desk (near the service station vehicle was completed was poor. They look at you and ignore you. I'll take my car to Firestone next oil change. More

My appointment was 9:30 am on 6-26-21. When I got there there were already 4 cars ahead of me and I had to wait. By the time I was checked in it was 10:00 am. I was told that it would be about 1 1/2 hour w there were already 4 cars ahead of me and I had to wait. By the time I was checked in it was 10:00 am. I was told that it would be about 1 1/2 hour wait for oil change. It was after 12:00 pm when I was checked out. Had I not gone up to the desk to see how much longer, I may have been there even longer. When I asked, the c/s rep checked to see if my car was ready. When she realized it was and my key was in a drawer and no one told me my car was ready! When I asked how long had my key been in the drawer, she said about 5 minutes. Yeah right! More
