This dealership has great vehicles but the service is horrible! I traded in a vehicle for a certified pre-owned vehicle that needed body work done due to a fender bender. The dealership had the parts nee horrible! I traded in a vehicle for a certified pre-owned vehicle that needed body work done due to a fender bender. The dealership had the parts needed for the repairs already in the vehicle. They provided me with a loner while my vehicle was being repaired, mind you the loners have all of the dealership stickers and papers taped on the windows. It took 10 real days before I received the vehicle!!! The deal was done on Saturday, I was told that the vehicle should be available by the following Wednesday. On Monday my salesman called and stayed that it would be Friday before the vehicle was ready. On Friday I need to head 4 hours away for a funeral and was definitely not going to take the loner, so I'm patiently waiting and hadn't heard anything by noon and called the dealership 3 times, my husband called 4 times and was told that someone would call us back. At 5pm I contacted my salesman and he advised thst it would be Monday before the vehicle was ready. I'm angry because someone could've told me that earlier and I would've left for the funeral and been driving at night. Monday comes and goes with NO word from the dealership. On Tuesday I began reaching out at 10am and of course someone was supposed to call me back, at noon I try calling my salesman but now he too is not answering. At 2pm I call again and was told that they had reached out to the technician and that he would call me back. By 5pm when my husband left work he decided that he would go to the dealership, while on the way my salesman called him and told him that he was out of town but had been checking on the vehicle. My husband asked for his boss because it had been 9 days and the communication had been terrible!! My husband spoke with the general manager at the dealership and he assured him that the vehicle would be delivered to my home on Wednesday. Wednesday comes and again no word from the dealership, at 5pm when my husband gets off he asked if the car was there and of course, no car and no contact. My husband calls the dealership and was told that they don't deliver cars but we could pick it up at 7pm. Of course we're angry as this is day 10 without the vehicle, so we are on our way out of the door at 6:15pm when the general manager calls me and says that the driver didn't come in and they can't deliver the vehicle until tomorrow. Unfortunately I work in downtown Atlanta on Thursday and that doesn't work for me so I tell him that we're on our way to pick it up. We get there at 6:50pm and the vehicle is said to be getting detailed. We got the vehicle at 7:32pm and they still had not completed all the initial repairs!! The passenger door does lock with the key fob and the interior on that door is still ripped!!! It has been the worst experience thst we've ever had with a Nissan dealership and this is our third Nissan vehicle. More
