I set an appointment and waited for two hours. I am not completely satisfied with the service. I recently started coming back to this location, this was my first time in over a year and I was not pleased w completely satisfied with the service. My initial thought process of this dealership was good but now, not so much.. I got a vehicle on Thursday, check engine light on Friday... took it back and couldn’t get it fixed until Monday which turned but now, not so much.. I got a vehicle on Thursday, check engine light on Friday... took it back and couldn’t get it fixed until Monday which turned to Tuesday... it’s Wednesday, I picked it up and was informed they could only change the spark plugs while the rest of the issue, so would have to pay for which I think is ridiculous... it did come with a warranty but I still feel like I should not have any issues with this vehicle and I haven’t had it a week yet... not satisfied at all.
