My car was dropped off on Friday night January 21st. I spoke to a service advisor Joshua Bender on Saturday morning he told me that because it is a short day he might not get to my car on Saturday but he spoke to a service advisor Joshua Bender on Saturday morning he told me that because it is a short day he might not get to my car on Saturday but he will try his best. I said no problem I didn’t have an appointment so I understand. He called me at 12:30pm on Saturday to tell me that they took my car in the back and they would let me know the problem shortly. 5 minutes later I get a text message to the link for me to view my estimate. The estimates said I needed a new transmission. I was in shock but a few minutes later Joshua called me back and said the computer sent me the wrong information and he will call me in a few minutes with the estimate for my car….Phew..:. Anyways the day got away I didn’t hear back on Saturday or Monday morning, so at 11:30AM Monday morning I called them the service tech I spoke with said he couldn’t find my car or my name in the system. I told him that I spoke with Joshua on Saturday. He said he will look for my car and call me back. I never heard back from him I spent all day calling Nissan service to no avail. Finally at 6pm I get a ride to Nissan because I need my car for work the next day the first tech I spoke with could not find my car. Another tech Shaq came she was able to find my car apparently Joshua put me in the system with no information he didn’t have my name or number in the system. Shaq had to use the tag number from the estimate he texted me. Thank God for Shaq because she arranged with the manager for me to get a rental so that I can go to work the next day. On Tuesday January 25th I spoke to the manager he was nice but to make a long story short I didn’t get my car until the following Monday January 31st. All I needed was an oil change and 1 tire replacement. To add insult to injury they replace the right side rear tire when I picked up my car the right side front tire was flat and they had to put air in it. Joshua Bender Is the worst service provider instead of him being apologetic he had the nerve to have an attitude when I told him my front tire was flat. This such a horrible experience. I was considering buying a new Nissan but I don’t ever want to deal with that service department again. More
