Service Review I brought my 2014 Nissan Rogue to this dealership after purchasing it from another dealership and finding out that there were 3 open recalls. To my su I brought my 2014 Nissan Rogue to this dealership after purchasing it from another dealership and finding out that there were 3 open recalls. To my surprise after calling to schedule my appointment they advised me that there were actually 4 open by recalls. The staff were courteous in person and on the phone and advised me of additional work that I needed to get done in addition to the recall work. They picked me up and gave me a ride to the dealership to pick up my vehicle when it was ready. I only gave 4 stars because nothing is perfect. I assume the work is done right. More

I just can't get over how comfortable my experience was. The staff was spot on and Mary Bidinger was like doing business with family. A real treat that I would and probably will do again. Nissan dealership service knows what and how to handle their brand where a cheapy place most likely wouldn’t know correct oil, try to upsell everything on and on. Nissan of Macomb Service Dept didn’t push extras or claim I needed things I didn’t etc. professional, quick, friendly and great price. So glad I went there!!!!! More

Made the vehicle purchase extremely easy. Even though I purchased a non- Nissan product. Used vehicle purchase. Upon delivery the vehicle had a little dirt on the rocker panels. Mary went on got cleaner from the detailer and personally cleaned the rocker panels off. Completely unnecessary. These two ladies went above and beyond in what I feel their job duties are. I will return to this dealer in the future for purchases! More
