I left a detailed review, but the general manager never took my call. So I’m leaving this as follow for used car sales. 1. They do not honor even things in writing 2. They did send a check that I was took my call. So I’m leaving this as follow for used car sales. 1. They do not honor even things in writing 2. They did send a check that I was waiting on 3. They said a manager would reach out or to contact the general manager. No one reached out, literally ever and none of my six phone calls to different managers including the general manager were ever returned. 4. The car leaks significantly, I’ll have to get that fixed on my own because I’ll never use Nissan McKinney or the associated GM dealership. 5. Pricing was deceptive as previously mentioned they tried to add an approximately $4000 markup to the price listed on the internet. 6. The worst used car experience I’ve ever encountered and I’ve bought more than twenty. 7. Run don’t walk! More

Took auto in for oil change. When I left dealership the car ran for about a mile then started sputtering and multiple warning lights and messages showed on the dash I got it When I left dealership the car ran for about a mile then started sputtering and multiple warning lights and messages showed on the dash I got it back to dealer and was told the air filter was plugged and needed to be replaced. Was told when tech removed the filter to look at it it had dirt and bugs in it. He put the dirty filter back in without telling me it needed it required replacement said some dirt ECT might have got into mass air sensor. They put new filter in and I left. It now idles tougher than it originally did. More
