The dealership was easy to get to and the staff was kind and courteous. The staff explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable! They were also not pushy. I hate that!! and courteous. I just got it Monday evening and I noticed some scuffs or missing paint from the drivers side mirror. It was dirty and unwashed when it was delivered to me. I was told it is good on gas mileage but when it arrived to me it only had about 44 miles on it and wasn't even near a full tank of gas and I know the salesman filled the tank up 2/28/2023 when I went and signed my contract but I couldn't take possession of the car that night because I didn't have a ride back home. The salesman did deliver my car to me on Monday 3/6/2023 but he made me feel like it was an inconvenience. Also, I wasn't educated on some of the features. It was a rushed sale. I don't know how to use the cruise control and can't figure it out. The floor mats weren't installed or placed in their spot so I had to drive with that paper on the floor board and it was hard due to my arthritis and foot issues. I don't want aware the mats were in my trunk. Then the complimentary gift I was told I would get , supposedly was available but the salesman acted like it wasn't a big deal and like I was being an inconvenience wanting it. I noticed I was asked to take a picture with my salesman but my picture was not posted online like other customers. Then the finance manager Kevin never responded to me about an add on package. Honestly; my experience with this dealership has not been good or one to brag about. I've had several offers literally the next day and was told I could back out of my contract since I hadn't taken possession of the car but I didn't have the time or energy to deal with that. Overall, I felt like an inconvenience in this whole process and like a burden. I was rushed in and out and no follow up. And now I'm seeing the car is not fuel efficient and that's what is being stated to customers. I'm past half a tank and there's only 122 miles on the car. That's not right. Plus I don't know how to get my free Sirius XM radio for 3 months I had to ask about that it wasn't told to me. When I asked I was told yes you get it for 3 months but I don't know how to get it. I don't know how to use my remote starter. I'm just completely dissatisfied with my whole purchase. More

I bought a vehicle from him and if I was buying another vehicle I would work with him again. Over all a good experience at buying a car. More

Just purchased a nice used car today... during the paperwork signing, we signed for two Key Fobs, once we purchased the vehicle and were handed the key fobs, one of the key fobs is missing the KEY portion of the FOB, the key is missing. I asked the sales manager, and she told me that I would need to pay for a key to be cut. It was $60 and she refused to provide me with a complete key fob even though I had signed a contract which included two Key Fobs. Just bought a $30k car and she refused to cut a key! Similar to buying a car with 4 tires and assuming ALL 4 tires are in working order but finding out 1 tire is flat and the dealership's assistant sales manager wants to charge you for the dealership to fix the flat tire they sold you! Unbelievable! More
