Terrible customer service. After having them JUST replace the battery a month ago My vehicle wouldn’t start. We attempted to jump it off multiple times and nothing changed so After having them JUST replace the battery a month ago My vehicle wouldn’t start. We attempted to jump it off multiple times and nothing changed so we had it towed to Nissan of McKinney. They kept my vehicle for 2 entire days only to tell me it was low on gas which was the issue. It showed 27 miles of fuel left the morning it was towed (I’ve driven it much lower with no issues). There is a recall out on my car, which causes the battery to drain, with no resolution at the time. Which I’m sure is the cause of 2 battery failures in one month, but they refuse to admit that. We will never purchase a Nissan again after the terrible service we’ve received at Nissan of McKinney. More

Purchasing my Nissan Rogue from this dealership was a very good experience. Zac went out of his way to help me bring my trade-in vehicle to the dealership after I had a bad battery.
