Mike is great to deal with, but whoever did the free inspection said I needed new windshield wipers right away because mine were torn. That is a flat lie. The ones on it are only a few months old (I rep inspection said I needed new windshield wipers right away because mine were torn. That is a flat lie. The ones on it are only a few months old (I replaced them myself) AND I checked them myself when I got home. NO tears or damage. Mike declined all “recommended” repairs for me at this time. More
