A very long wait for the service. An oil change took about 1.5 hrs. about 1.5 hrs. More

I am very, very disappointed with the Nissan experience this morning. I need someone in upper management to call me. When I bought the Pathfinder from this dealership in June 2020 I was sold a maint this morning. I need someone in upper management to call me.
