Had wonderful experience shopping for our Porsche. Our salesman Connor Bowlin was very nice, funny, and super professional and cute too…lol. The lady General Manager was sweet along with that. They almost salesman Connor Bowlin was very nice, funny, and super professional and cute too…lol. The lady General Manager was sweet along with that. They almost matched our quote. They even have a cool break room with free coffee, and lattes as well as a kiosk to pay for sandwiches, ice creams, etc. My kids loved hangin out there, making their own lattes and what not while the paperwork was in progress. Overall they did awesome and I had an amazing experience buying our car at Nissan, McKinney :)) … More

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and experienced the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever received. I signed the paperwork for the vehicle but I had to wait for the car to g experienced the worst and most unprofessional service I have ever received. I signed the paperwork for the vehicle but I had to wait for the car to go through service before picking up the car. I ended up having to wait 3 days because a part was back ordered. I picked the vehicle up the night of the 3rd day with the tire pressure of 1 of the tires being on 16psi and the car not being detailed. The next day when I was taking the car to get the tire checked out I noticed the wheel locks were removed by the dealership. I reached out to the dealership to see why my wheel locks were removed they let me know after weeks of them not returning my calls that the wheel lock key was missing so they removed the locks. I asked how can you sell a car with wheel locks and then take them off without notifying the buyer. All I asked that they replace the set for the inconvenience and I was told by the Sales Manager that there was nothing they could do. I spent almost $30K for a vehicle and the dealership could replace wheel locks that cost under $100. Buyers beware that this dealership will do nothing for you after you sign on the dotted line for the vehicle. I have bought vehicles from Range Rovers to Maseratis and have always been taking care of. If you think about doing business with these people please stay away. I will make sure that I tell everyone I know to to never deal with them. More
