Seriously? After I wrote the review I called to ask Brandon Galvan what was the status on the key. He appeared unhappy that I had written the review and transferred me to someone else. I related the story again. The man asked me to hold for a minute. Geneva came on the line. I had to tell her the story again. She said that the car wasn't certified. I argued again that it was and asked why had Brandon and Ron told me that it was and why did Brandon tell me that he had ordered a key. She continued to say that the car wasn't certified. I asked to meet with everyone that I had spoken with at the same time so I could have one story. She said that she needed to look at the records more closely and she would call me back. I told her that I had been told numerous times that someone would call back and no one ever did. She promised that she would. She didn't that day. I called her the next day and she said yes the car is certified and the key had been ordered but they had lost it and she would call on Monday. It is Monday and I have not received a phone call. I am more than angry with this process. Perhaps I am crazy to continue to believe that this dealership will stand behind what I was told. And they have the gall to post that their manager would like for me to call?

Certain things like what. I had everything you asked for accept money which I had a post dated check and proof of documents far as banking. I was giving you $1200 that following Thursday but I thought about it and change my mind the other place I got my ride from trusted me and I sign a letter of promise to bring that downpayment plus the downpayment was cheaper than what you guys offer to me. Bottom line I was very disappointed and pissed off I was excited to get into that vehicle but it just didn't happen.

David Kelley don't want to speak to me. David Kelley wants money and sales not pleasing and helping out a potential customer. That's just the professional thing to say and using the same templates. It's all worded the same. If David Kelley wanted to speak to me he would have reached out to me by now. I'm not one of his high end clients.
