As long as you have Sales Managers like David Lozano working for you all. There is nothing you can change. I see there are alot of bad reviews already about Mr. Lozano and his unprofessionalism. He lied, was rude, very unwilling to help. I bought a car in July and was told if i referred someone i would get $100. So I did and my friend bought a truck. I called 3 weeks later to see when i should be getting my check. Jason Jones answered and advised me thst he was going to email the department responsible for cutting checks. Never hear back. I called back a month later and Jason answered again. He said they never got back to him so he was going to email them again and he would get back to me. Again never heard back. Then I call yesterday and I get David Lozano. Story short he said I dont get a check because for one its been 4 minths, why am i just now calling. I explain. Then he says that it has to be the same salesman that i went to, in order to get the money. I was never told that and my saleman was fired by then and they gave her another salesman. Izzy. So then he says i get no check...i went off on him and he continued to argue and not listen and i hung up. I called home office. Explianed. She said I do get the money...it does not have to be the same salesman and ask me to call Omar eugina not sure on last name. I call leave message, dont get a call back. So i call home offce 24 hrs later after calling omar. They call for me and within mins i have David Lozano calling me, being confrontational, saying aince you wanna call my home office 10 times today, we will have ur check tomorrow. I told him i dont wanna talk to you. I wanna talk to Omar...he says Well like i said your check will be here tomorrow, you can talk to us then. Very unprofessional. Not happy at all with nissan allowing someone to talk to buying customers this way.

Worst experience I’ve had with any dealership. Have been ignored and disrespected by David Lozano( Sales Manager). Please if you’re in the market go elsewhere as this place will just stress you out. More

You should look at your messages, I called 5 times over a week period with no responses, the fact that you fought the credit card charge reversal says it all, I'm over it-scamming people passing through town is not a good business model btw.
