The agreed apon price for my 2010 BMW 328i was $29,000 with $1,000 down. Apon further review, I wish I would have seen this before signing, the price was a total of $29,750. $750 more then what was promised. The warranty that was offered was 36:36. My car carries a 48:50 from the factory. At the time I did not know this and the gentlemen I talked to said "BMW has only a 36:36 warranty" which means that I only had 10,000 miles left on factory warranty. I took his word for it obviously. Now I did get the warrenty I purchased from you canceled and the EXTRA $2,000 that was added ontop of the nigotiated price was refunded to the loan. That being said my payment has increased by $30 a month and can't not be brought back down to my original payment. That means that I am back to the original price of $29,750 with an extra $30 on my payment. Needles to say I am not happy with the financials and regret not being totally and honestly informed before making my purchase.
