The only dislike I had was when the person in charged of financing was trying to get me to pay more than I wanted to pay. He was extremely friendly and k I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that Doug Seabrook is a wonderful asset to Nissan Midland. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we looked at. He was so good to keep in touch, but patient with us also. We purchased a used car and for the most part was happy with the trade. Liz Montoya, in the finance office was also very helpful and nice. The one thing that disappointed me was no one from the sales management team came to introduce themself or congratulate us on the purchase. That was very odd, as we shop Midland because of the friendly people. On several occasions they had opportunities to introduce themselves, but didn't even acknowledge us. I hope other people feel more welcome. Had it not been for Doug and his great personality, I'm pretty sure we would have taken our business elsewhere. Thanks, Cindy Bradley More

From the time we got on the lot, Mindy was extremely helpful, and not pushy. She worked within the terms we set, and got us in a our new jeep within 24 hours doing everything she could to make sure tha helpful, and not pushy. The staff was friendly and Daniel was new but was eager to learn. If we had any questions he would answer or find someone that could answer our questions. We entered the car just looking. We were quickly greeted by Francisco. We told him what we were looking for and led us to each vehicle that met out criteria.
