The staff was friendly and Daniel was new but was eager to learn. If we had any questions he would answer or find someone that could answer our questions. We entered the car just looking. We were quickly greeted by Francisco. We told him what we were looking for and led us to each vehicle that met out criteria. The salesmen were friendly and helpful however Charles should be spoken with about using profanity & his attitude in the work place. I was in there with my 13 year old son and the manner in which Charles should be spoken with about using profanity & his attitude in the work place. My experience at Midland Nissan was a very good one, and that's coming from a cranky old Bull-Headed person. I am not easy to deal with. Fred Watson and his Supervisor Dallas Metcalf were very cordial and patient with me. They explained my options and made me feel at home. I feel I was treated right, and will definitely buy from them again. Liz Montoya had us in and out of the financial office as quickly as I have ever been at a car dealer facility, and she explained the forms so even I could understand what she was doing.
