Worst experience ever We will never buy from them again. Purchased a vehicle last month, it was totaled out from the hail. We went to buy another and they wouldn’t budge on We will never buy from them again. Purchased a vehicle last month, it was totaled out from the hail. We went to buy another and they wouldn’t budge on the last of the price. We were going to Lubbock for a better price and our old salesperson tried to help us out. He couldn’t do any better but said we would do the previous higher deal if we would fill out our previous survey. We said fine. My son does and doesn’t answer every question and after 2 hours, they got pissed and said it wasn’t a perfect score and we no longer have a deal. After giving us car keys, after getting everything worked up, Salvador waited for that survey just to turn around and so no. Our loan was already approved and all and he didn’t care about anything except a perfect score. I call Nissan Care to get it corrected and told them the claim info and all. He waits and waits and because he couldn’t find the info or verify it, walks over and tells us I don’t think we need to do business with each other and there’s no deal. Seriously?! We left, called Nissan Care, retracted our correction and filed a dealer complaint. The worst experience ever! We spent 5 hours there and left empty handed. We didn’t even get to eat lunch. That’s why I don’t buy vehicles here. West Texas Nissan was the best, great people and we were in and out in 2.5 hours and had the best experience here ever! More
