I took my car to Mission Hills for a repair and I agreed to the $205 diagnostic test. NMHills called me with what was needed to fix my car. My quote was almost $600 and I said yes go ahead and repair it. Two days later I picked up my car and the same thing happened again for what I brought it in for repair. I called them back and told them the same problem for the repair just happened again less than 24 hours. I took my car back and they checked it out and said the repair can’t be fixed unless another was done and It would cost $770 and they would cover the labor. I told them I couldn’t afford the extra $770 and told them they misdiagnosed the car and it was their fault not mines. NMHills told me it was nothing they could do about it unless I had them fix the additional repair. I told them I was going to sue them in Small Claims Court they told me to go right ahead. During my conversation with the manager of service he was very unprofessional and disrespectful. NMHills was served by the Sheriffs Dept. My scheduled court date NMHills called me and said they’re refunding my money and to dismiss the Small Claims Court case and come there and pick up my check. When I went to pick up my check they had nothing to say, no apologies, no comment just very rude, terrible customer service. You find out how good a business is when things go bad, not when it’s good. Good luck taking your car in service. I’ll never go back or I’ll make sure I share my experience with everyone I know. More
Extremely horrible seevice. I placed an order for my 2008 armada overhead compartment back in august 2022, its almost end of april 2023 and they dont have the part. When i asked them cancel my order first they were asking for a restocking fee, lol for an order where they dont even have the part even after 9 months. Anyways after talking to manager they said they will refund the money back and its been over 14 days now they havent refunded the money yet even after calling them several times Each time they tell Me the lady at the sevice depaetment is working on my refund check for $1200 Seriously what a bad experience, i dont recommend More
