FYI to any customers using , Service dept. it is to be avoided. While the service manager seems to care. The service rep. really had no clue what he should be doing and really did not seem it is to be avoided. While the service manager seems to care. Brought in a 2014 Nissan Sentra that was running poorly. Charged for diagnostic, general check. I had been specific about what I wanted looked at, but I understood that they needed to run there own test. However, once "check" had been done, the service rep handed me an est. over $3000 dollars to get everything done. How stupid did he think I was, he should know the value of that car did not warrant the repairs. Will never use them again, will never buy a car from that dealership! PS $70.00 part self install solved problem. Thanks to one of their mechanics who thought part might be problem. More

I really can't put into words how gratified I am to have dealt with Keith and Wayne. I had previously purchased a Rogue, which I liked, but it was time to get a new one. I visited multiple dealers and had t dealt with Keith and Wayne. I had previously purchased a Rogue, which I liked, but it was time to get a new one. I visited multiple dealers and had the pleasure of speaking with Keith, who presented me with various options. Initially, I was planning to go with another dealer because I was given a lower price. As I was attempting to finalize with them, information kept changing, and I was eventually even told by their manager that they never really looked at my car, so he was not even sure he would honor the prior offer. I told them I no longer felt comfortable working with them and hung up. Before I even had a chance to call Keith, the general manager of the other dealership called apologizing and offering to take another $1000 off the price. I told him no, and he said what about $1500 off, and I again refused. He couldn't believe I would turn down $1500, and I told him you're actually offering me a $2000 better deal, but I don't feel comfortable working with your store.'I immediately called back Keith, and as I was paying cash and financing a part of the deal, I was trying to work out the numbers with Keith and Wayne, and they realized that I hadn't realized the deal offered me had included the additional tax title license fees that in essence significantly lower the cost of the car! Had they wished, they could have charged me more, and I never would have known, but these gentlemen have too much integrity. It is a pleasure to work with this dealer, and all I can say to anyone looking for a Nissan is to check them out because their integrity and honesty can not be questioned. More
