Top of the line Once I walked in I was greeted by the nice lady behind the desk (offered some popcorn). Then she introduced me to Joe ( one of the best salesmen I’ve met). When I rust went there I wasn’t to sure exactly what I was looking for, Joe sat down with me and we went over everything I needed/wanted in a vehicle. Then he proceeded to show me some of cars that fit what I want. There were so many options, was pretty hard to decide, but Joe was very patient with me and showed me them all. After I’ve decided what car I wanted (Rogue SL), he brought me out to see the exact one we built on the computer, it was perfect. A couple minutes of paper work and the car was mine. Quick, easy, and even through in the winter Mats, and lug nut locks. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience and I would recommend everyone to give them a visit. More

Wait for ODO & get exact price before applying for loan First I will say I love the 2018 Nissan Leaf so far. The EV range fists my needs and it has the adaptive cruise control, size and comfort I needed. H First I will say I love the 2018 Nissan Leaf so far. The EV range fists my needs and it has the adaptive cruise control, size and comfort I needed. However I did have three issues, I did not like and they are: 1. When I was given a price to drive off and used that as the basis for my loan, the price due at signing increased by $387 dollars because the salesman applied the taxes incorrectly. He stated taxes are applied to the $2,000 NYS rebate and the $3,000 discount. So the price I was told was incorrect!! 2. I may have been able to get a lower price, since I did not check the odometer before signing the papers. When I got home I found that the odo was not the 10 miles I expected, but instead was 487 miles instead and I only live 2 miles from the dealer. That may be why when I insisted the Sustainable Westchester incenitve of a free Charging station, not just a L2 (240 Vac) Charging cord, I got in writing, I would get a Charging Station. I got it a day or so later, installation not included, of course. 3. There was a scratch by the driver kick plate, down to the metal, that the dealer did correct. This may have been incurred during that 487 miles put on the odometer before I took delivery of the car. Another reason to get a lower price on a vehicle, if the mileage is above 10 miles on delivery. More

Mostly good. Odometer + down payment change I shopped for a new car and was able to use the sustainable Westchester fleet discount that included a free home charging station. Price I was told as due at signing increased by ~$387 due to “error” by salesman who said rebates and discounts were taxed, so I had to add an additional down payment. I also noticed the odometer at drive off was 487 miles instead of 10 miles on delivery. Anyway per the dealer the $3,000 Sustainable Westchester discount and NYS $2,000 rebate were taxable and the price they quoted, that was the amount of the check my credit union sent, was not enough and I had to put an additional down payment in order to drive off with my new 2018 Red Nissan Leaf SL. More
