Thanks for the feedback. We tried to call you to discuss your experience and you hung up on us. We did a recall on your Rogue and provided a loaner vehicle. Not sure how that was a horrible experience other than you refused to return our loaner in a timely fashion, keeping it until late into the next day even though your vehicle was down in an hour. Our loaner cars are provided as a courtesy and are needed to assist as many customers as possible. If you have additional questions or concerns please call our Service Manager at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for proving my point! Your response clearly identifies the issues with customer service at your location. Instead of taking accountability, you accuse your customer of "refusing to return the loaner" - at no moment did this happen. I expect no further communication from your location moving forward.

As you already know we are currently waiting for parts that are backordered through Nissan. It is out of our control and will be happy to finish your vehicle when the part becomes available. It is our goal to finish service work on vehicles in the most efficient timeframe possible. We have already apologized for inconvenience but unfortunately your frustration does not involve the dealer in any way. We will contact your when the part becomes available.

I was given a completion date, that wasn’t achieved. Then told about part delay. Can’t delay trip to deliver girlfriend’s ashes again. I live in Columbus, so driving to destination with loaner car would mean, driving back to Columbus, unpacked car, leave dog, drive 2 1/2 hours to North Olmsted, clean it , fill gas tank, then IF (?) my car is ready drive 2 1/2 hours back to Columbus. Extra time and expense no one wants. I do thank Brooke for being the only person I talked to for acting professional

Thanks for the feedback. Toyota vehicles are more expensive because they include maintenance. You either pay upfront or pay during your ownership. Nissan chooses to be less upfront but it is all the same in the end. We appreciate your business and thanks again for the feedback.
