I brought my car to Nissan three times in 12 days because of multiple issues — ABS/brake lights, noise while turning, and later the A/C not working. I already paid for two diagnostics, yet when I asked them to inspect the A/C issue, they told me I needed to pay for another diagnostic, even though they had my car several times and should have checked everything the first time. They never inspected the A/C at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Too many charges, no real solutions, and I keep returning for the same problems. It feels like they care more about billing than fixing the vehicle. Not recommended. More

Every time I have to deal with your service department I feel like they think they are doing me a favor. I sense a better than thou attitude that makes me feel uncomfortable.
