Regardless, my husband and I went to Big Nissan the following day and met Rocco. The rest is history. We picked up a new 2018 Rogue the following day. He was very thorough explaining the car and all of the features. For a young sales person, we found Rocco to be so knowledgeable about the Rogue. His personality surpasses none. Fortunately there's something that makes all the difference when investing time and your hard earned money, and that's trust. I've been many places and dealt with many people but I consistently do business with Nissan of North Olmsted for the staff that works there. Your vehicle is often the second most expensive investment you will make. Purchasing new, or maintaining your old one will be something you'll want to do wisely. That's honestly why I recommend this dealer. They treat you with respect, take time to educate and offer options instead of hard selling you on anything. They honestly practice the time tested 'earning' your business rather than selling you on a cheap gimmick. I think we all know there are an overwhelming number of options out there. And don't think an aftermarket or smaller shop is always cheaper. Often these days they are more expensive and don't specialize like Nissan of North Olmsted does. And also don't assume because you don't drive a Nissan they can't help either. They serviced my Ford just as well as my Nissans. In any case...trust is what it comes down to.
