Total Disappointment My fiance and myself had been working with Dawn Mcdermott - who seemed nice and friendly at the beginning. Obviously she was just doing what she thoug My fiance and myself had been working with Dawn Mcdermott - who seemed nice and friendly at the beginning. Obviously she was just doing what she thought she needed to do in order to make a deal. She said the deal was $320 OTD AND got my card number for a deposit. It wasn't until AFTER everything was said and done and my current NMAC lease is due in under a week, that she tells me that my payment is now magically $28 more than what she originally promised (each month), which is over $1000. Now, if she would have (from the very beginning) said she couldn't quote me (for whatever reason...their games?) taxes, that would have been fine, because we would have all been on the same page. That's not what she did though. She got my address "for tax purposes" and then continued to quote me without taxes? That doesn't even make sense. Especially since we had been talking "OTD" the entire time. No need to switch things up at the very end...after an agreement had been made, congratulations had been said, a credit application had been taken AND a deposit was given, just because you know someone isn't going to have a car and is in a tight spot. I'm a very nice person - I don't believe in leaving bad reviews, but maybe that's because I've lucked out until now and have always worked with honest people up until Donna and Nisan of North Olmsted. Don't even attempt to buy cars there. My fiance's family leases through them (although they will not anymore) so I thought it would be an easy transaction. I guess I was wrong and my excitement for a new car got in my way. Just remember that people aren't as honest as you think. They just want your money at Nissan of North Olmsted. I'm very disappointed :( More
