Best buying experience ever! You can't beat it! I simply drove on the lot, asked for the specific car I wanted (black Juke SL), let them know about the additional accessories that You can't beat it! I simply drove on the lot, asked for the specific car I wanted (black Juke SL), let them know about the additional accessories that I wanted installed (red trim package), told them the price I was willing to pay, and after two back-and-forth sessions with the manager, SOLD!!! Yes, I did a lot of work beforehand looking into the vehicle, but still, a very smooth transaction and the salesman respected every wish I made (no, I didn't want to test drive it...no, I don't want to small-talk...no, I don't want to look around...etc.). After the purchase, there was a small issue with one of the windows. No problem...replace the window...problem solved. It was easy as that! Also, the salesman had no problem with my repeated calls to him regarding any questions about the workings of my new Juke. I've purchased over 10 vehicles in my lifetime, and this was, BY FAR, the most pleasant. Too bad all dealerships can't be like this. More
