Went to appointment for oil change, recommended services, came back for appointment to have work done because of 10% return offer. Went to drop off vehicle and provided different pricing. Also told that maybe I misunderstood person I talked to, but the details were in my appointment. In addition, told that if I took car to another place I mentioned that I had a quote from (Firestone) that my brakes would squeal. Frustrated about the visit and found the slander of another company to be unprofessional. Only kept the appointment because I had made arrangements to have someone help me drop my car off and not sure I would return for additional services. More
