I wanted to recognize the service Manager at this location, Jason Smith for his hospitality and professionalism. My family was traveling Ohio from Ontario, Canada in my '13 Pathfinder. My starter was corroded and I could not drive the vehicle. After getting the vehicle towed to the dealership, Jason was quick to isolate and explain the solution. With his quick actions, I was back on the road within a few hrs. Jason and his team of Techs turned a stressful situation into a comforting situation. Good Morning, I came in without an appointment. There was a noise coming from the car. I spoke with Brooke and she went out and drove the car. I was in and out in about a half hour.
