Nissan of North Olmsted exceeded my expectations. It was a great and "fun" experience. Jeff Stein as my salesperson was fantastic. Jeff was recommended by some friends, and he lived up to to their positive comments. BTW, my Rogue is more fun to drive than I thought, and all the safety electronics are great. The finance person, Kelly, explained everything and with no pressure for add on maintenance packages. I did get the Rogue loaded. However I'm going back to add a couple accessories that can be dealer installed which will show me quality, etc from their service area. Not sure what else other than great dealership and great sales team. More

I have ALWAYS found the service staff to listen to what I say (which is smart, because I drive it very day, they don't), they are knowledgeable, and I have never felt they are trying to take advantage of me or any customer. I think its a great dealership. I actually recommend them to anyone looking for a new car, or service. More
