Michelin warranty is solid but not applicable due to puncture/road hazard. Priced same tire for replacement at $205. Remembered had Maintenance Pllus with Nissan. Called North Olmsted Nissan who checked and verified same, and to bring car in-no appointment needed. This was early Wednesday morning, 8:00 am. Drove over, and had not yet had coffee. Their guys were super polite and friendly. They had Starbucks coffee, Things were suddenly much better. I was in and out in 25 minutes, new tire mounted, donut filled with air and reset in the vehicle storage, and car washed. Best part, Nissan Maintenance Plus covered the tire replacement in full, no prorating so nothing out of pocket. My customer experience could not have better unless Linder or owner, Mike had handed me the keys back personally. These folks understand their customer needs hassle free. That is why I have leased Four Pathfinders from them and purchased two vehicles over the years. You should highly consider North Olmsted Nissan for purchase, lease or service. My salesman, Steve, is a wonderful person. He is kind, patient and works with me that I get what I want in my cars. He is not "pushy" or intimidating. He is the kind of person you can visit while getting an oil change. Relationships are built, not "Hi, buy and goodbye". I grew up in a family owned and operated business with my father. His motto was "Where service counts". I look for this wherever I shop and I would say that Nisson of Noth Olmsted deserves this accolade. More
