I waited 2. 5 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation after scheduling my appointment with a promotional code. At checkout, I was charged full price and told the promo code was expired. The expiration date was only shown in very fine print. If a code is expired, it should not still work when booking. Credible businesses do not rely on that kind of technicality. There was no effort to honor the price, only a comment that newer promos had been sent out, which tells me the same discounts are still being offered. After waiting that long for such a routine service, the lack of flexibility was disappointing. When the service was finished, my car was left in the lot and I had to track it down myself. By contrast, Dream Nissan pulls your car up and has it waiting for you in the bay when you check out. I gave Olathe Nissan another chance after many years, but I will be returning to Dream Nissan for future service. More
