Heather and Tony were wonderful to work with! We got a great deal and that part of the process was super easy and enjoyable. Heather is so good at making guests feel comfortable and appreciated. Both Heather and Tony were patient and kind walking me through my first car purchase. However the finance guy started out as kind but quickly turned rude and disrespectful when I didn’t want to get the warranties. We were there until almost 11pm. When I told Heather about this part of the experience, she was apologetic and reassuring. Feeling heard even though it was hours after the dealership closed and she had to stay so late was more than appreciated. More
